Yes, via the profile menu (top right) in the "Personal details" section. The change must be confirmed by email - until you confirm it, the platform keeps using your original address.

Click "Delete account" in your profile. Your personal data (name, phone, email, photo) is removed from your profile immediately, and you'll be signed out.

In the "Team section", click "Create team", enter a team name and optionally a logo. You'll then get an invite link to share with your teammate.

No, you can create a team on your own and invite a teammate later via the invite link. However, only a complete team (captain + teammate) can register for a league.

Open your team to join requests (the "Allow join requests" toggle), or check the "Open teams" section to see other teams looking for a second player.

Yes, team management has a "Change captain" option - the previous captain becomes a regular player.

Only the team captain can register a team for a specific league. On the league page, click "Register team for the league and pay the entry fee" and complete the payment via Stripe.

Registration is open for up to 7 days after the season starts.

When registering for a league, enter the code in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply" - the price will be reduced automatically.

You earn Padel Coins when you invite a friend using your referral code (found in your profile) and they sign up, pay a league entry fee, and play at least one match. You then get 300 coins and they get 200 coins. 100 coins = €1, and they can be used as a discount on the entry fee.

Use the "Withdraw team from league" button on the league page. If you withdraw before the round 1 draw, your entry fee is refunded in full. After the round 1 draw, you're no longer eligible for a refund and the team stays in the table marked as withdrawn.

We use a Swiss system - each round, you're paired with an opponent of similar performance based on current results.

7 rounds, each with a week to play (except the last, 7th round, which has 2 weeks).

Contact the opposing captain via the platform's built-in chat, or via WhatsApp (their contact is on their profile).

You can use a joker, which extends the match deadline by a week. Each team has 4 jokers available per season.

Click the "Walkover" button on the match card and claim the win. If your claim matches your opponent's statement, the platform resolves it automatically.

The captain of either team can enter the result directly on the match card via the "Enter result" button.

Yes, you can edit the result via the "Edit result" button on the match card, up until the round closes (i.e. until the next round's draw). Once the round is closed, the result can no longer be changed.

All teams advance to the knockout stage, split into groups of 8 based on their regular-season standing (Playoff A, B, etc.).

Yes, payments are processed by Stripe - the platform never sees or stores your card number.

Once a refund is approved (before the round 1 draw), we return the money to your original payment method within a few business days.
